I woke up in the night with a headache and it stayed for the morning and made the vertigo a bit worse.
I felt a bit better later so took lots of recycling into the town; soft plastic to Waitrose, blister packs to Boots, and well as used toiletries containers.
I cooked dinner, not realising that H and S had a plan for the weeks dinners. Oh well.
