St Cuthbert’s churchyard

A trip to Edinburgh to recce next week’s walk around Cramond. The bus wasn’t particularly warm and by the time I arrived i really didn’t feel like another 30 minutes down to Silverknowes. So instead I did a fast city walk taking in St Cuthbert’s, the Museum of Childhood which has finally reopened and the Portrait Gallery - I wasn’t sure what make of Brogan Bertie’s portrait of Lorraine Kelly. And then a long stop in Uniqlo.
The extra is one of the exhibits in the Museum of Childhood. I would have been super disparaging if I’d received it as a child, more than several decades on it looks charming.
