The unbareable suffering

A lazy sunday today as it was raining . I only went out to visit mom in the hospital. When i arrived in moms room i noticed that she has again a urinary catheter. She didn t look comfortable. The story is that they noticed some blood cloths coming out the blader and that some rinse was needed. With the help of an infuse water was dripping in the bladder. But mom started feeling pain and uncomfortable. It was unbearable for her. A nurse took out the catheter and mom was send to emergency service for replacing the catheter. When she was back she nneded to go to the ct scan. I joined her. After a while she was back in her room. I installed her for evening meal and did leave short after. It is heart breaking when you hear a 97 Y old mother crying in pain..She asked , to i have to get 97 y old to bear such a pain? She s taking painkillers but maybe not strong enough. I ll visit her tomorrow afetr volunteer day.
