I can’t understand men ( it’s always men) who get pleasure from shooting these beautiful birds. Since I started feeding this one, after he escaped the local shoot, he has put on weight.

Our yoga class resumed today and it was good to be back into this routine. Yes we are supposed to practice every day but I rarely do.

I am appalled at the news both Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook) and Jeff Bezos ( Amazon)  have both donated £1million pounds to Trump’s inauguration. Worse, Facebook will no longer be monitoring content.
