Attractive invader
I photographed this flowering honeysuckle in a neighbour's garden this morning. Originating in Japan and China, it has been planted in gardens around the world. It is now classed as a weed in many places, including here in Queensland. But it's a pretty flower!
I suspect that the common name 'honeysuckle' is used for many different plants. This one is, I think, Lonicera japonica.
Many thanks for the kind comments, stars and hearts for my Blue-banded Bee yesterday.
