Pasta 'n creamy sauce with mushrooms

Must be the rain. I had a fancy for creamy pasta all day. It's unctuous without being stodgy.

All was resolved with a sauce made with pineuts and cashews, a pasta made with part courgette, part sweet potato, and some mature mushrooms for topping. Some parsley and baby sweetcorn found their way into the mixture, too.
