Rare Event

So rare in fact I took a picture!

Not a usual habit of mine to take pictures of food and share on social media..

My cardiologist last year said my arteries are in good shape and that was one reason my surgery was a success.

Largely due to my antipathy towards butter. I do not have butter on food ( although I confess to the occasional cake, scone and digestive biscuits) (Oh, and the occasional lemon meringue pudding)

So today was rare to have butter on toast 

But it was so good, my guilty pleasure for the week!
