New life

Visit to see the new great niece, Poppy.
The first girl in the K family for a very, very long time. She will be incredibly loved. 
This wall art caught my eye, near the Braintree Tesco, after we'd seen the new little family.
FK did parkrun and poppy appeal before working at a do here, waitering. He's a good lad. I had a lovely swim this afternoon with Michelle and the Heybridge Bobbers. I'm pleased Michelle is still swimming into November.
