The Plan
As mentioned yesterday I have put together a training plan for my London Marathon training!
I have printed it off in A3 and stuck it at the bottom of my stairs meaning I can't enter or leave without seeing it! The biggest challenge I face is taking training seriously, I don't and have never enjoyed running but the fact I will be running over 300 miles over the next 36 weeks before the marathon, means I will have to find a way of enjoying it!
Hopefully this plan will help me get started and begin to look forward to my next run! One step at a time!
