Well now...

...this caught me out rather this morning. 

The bus was not running through the village on its usual route. I'd seen the signs pre-empting the closure but did not compute.

Nonetheless got to Nottingham without any drama, although the queue of traffic coming into Loughborough at Cotes was v long. As a result of all the flooding there are very few road crossings of the River Soar available.

I took some snaps of the floods from the bus window but they're rubbish, you'll have to use your imagination!
