Getting the chains on!

I dug out my old snow chains for the shoes to give them a spin today. Some of the paths were hard packed icy snow. It felt good to be able to stride rather than the "pretend you are walking a tightrope" style.
The cold is here to stay until the weekend I think. Nice and sunny though.
