Carnaby Street

A late blip for me as we have been into London and didn't get back home until after 11.15pm.  A pleasant afternoon; we took advantage of a Greater Anglia Trains 'London Night Out' ticket which offers a really good deal on tickets to and from London on certain trains.

I had a pint in The Argyll, near Oxford Circus and The Palladium.  I used to go in there regularly when I was working nearby around 40 years ago but it's many years since I was in.  I was pleased to see that the only thing that had changed in the meantime was the staff!  A good London Pub.  A  reasonably good meal in Côte in St Martin's Lane before heading home.  Altogether, a good day out!
