Bucklands Beach

After our shorter flight to Auckland we collected our hire car and then headed across to Bucklands Beach to meet John and Sue, our friends that we know from our village. It was lovely to catch up with them and see their NZ house overlooking the bay at Bucklands Beach.
They had cooked for us, which was good. We have made plans for tomorrow and tentatively for the other days we are staying with them
