Prashad

Brother Eamonn and Kate came up to visit. Eamonn did a few odd jobs for me and then tonight we went to Prashad. We all had the Masala Dosa. Excellent as always.
Eamonn has recently been on a course for making Dosas. The making of the batter is quite long winded. Lady boss, Minal was in the kitchen tonight and was happy to discuss the finer details of the Dosa and show him around her kitchen! He was made up.
