We started back at Moreton Bay Road Runners training session today... It was great to catch up with people who I haven't seen for 6 weeks, due to me being sick then the Festive season...
I walked, I did more than I intended as I had a walking buddy... I paid the price and needed the Vibit (massager) into my knee...
