Re: odd taste combinations

I ordered viili/fil (dictionary: Nordic kind of sour milk) with my groceries so that I could once again feel what its taste with madeira would be like.
Well, well.
I must say that I prefer viili ice cold with sugar only. The added madeira was fine, but I still prefer viili as such or with sugar.
My favourite type viili is 'short', that is, you can 'cut' it with spoon almost like ice cream, it does not 'run'.
