River Torridge

This was at high tide this afternoon, looking up river towards the Iron bridge. The flood water we had the other day had gone, and the river was within its banks. From there I drove around to Instow to see if there had been any further progress in clearing the sand of the pavements. And if the flooded area had cleared. As you can see in the extras, still high tide time, there is sand and water on the road. Also you can see the seaweed. on the beach.

From there drove back home for a late lunch. Camera Club this evening, although I am not looking forward to going out again in the cold.
