Avalanche!

Beautiful sunny day today but still very cold. While I was out feeding the birds I could hear snow sliding off the roof of all my neighbours houses. As I walked to the front of the house I could hear a load of cracking then my neighbours roof did a massive dump right on her car (and right next to me!!!) Made Bella jump!!!

Mr Ws birthday today. He's 76. I cannot believe I'm married to a 76 year old!!! But he certainly doesn't look it. Sometimes acts it!!! 

We went to M&S for a coffee and to pick up a nice meal for tonight. 

I then booked a couple of shows as his birthday present. Moulin Rouge and Fawlty Towers. 2 shows and a 1 night stay and there's no change out of £500¡! But I did at least manage to get £200 off gazebo man for what I had to pay out in getting the roof fixed so every cloud and all that.

Just waiting for Mr W to come home from squash before I try not to burn his steak!!! 

My thoughts are with everyone in California. My insta feed is full of burning houses. I cannot imagine anything more terrifying. :(
