New Ideas in Landscaping
Another day with little time for getting out and photographising [sic].
Plumbers and associated pipe wranglers again today... the underfloor heating in the shower room was pressure tested and the latex surface laid... slowly slowly we get closer to completion.
This mirrored image shows some of the public open space (amenity grassland within an estate) where the new land management company has trimmed the hedges... to the point the wildlife corridor is eradicated, the wetland area is now a compressed and filling hollow and the rhyne is potentially exposed to vulnerable inquisitive children.
I dare say a lowest cost tender process took place. It's going to take a considerable amount of remedial work to restore the landscape, but since it's a privately managed estate the parish council doesn't have a lot of clout here. Ah well...
And yes, I can already see some pareidolia within the image! Spiders, owls and tiny tiny pixies... lol
