Thursday

I went to bed exhausted, feeling sick because of it, so tired but still awake 3 hrs later. I can't do this anymore, tonight i will just fall asleep on the sofa when i get tired. 
I went to get my meds today and walked through Starbank park first, I didn't find it too cold so was surprsed to see the amount of frost still around 3pm.
I   got my meds and came home  feeling very light hedaded and not here
