Versal

Playing around with versals (big letters) and painting with gold-coloured ink.  I'm drafting out a new bit of calligraphy, trying to keep my hand in a bit.  Uncial is a font I've always liked though it's decades since I last used it.  It shows.


(Edit: The final 'birthday card' is in the extra.  Still not happy with it but the recipient is delighted and that's what matters.  The text is the opening scene-setting of the boardgame Aeons End adapted to suit the recipient.  There is no reference to chocolate in Aeons End as far as I know..)
