I forgot to cover the camellia bush when we got the frost so the few flowers that were blooming are brown.

However, this little bud was at the back close to the deck so it was still pink. But I think it might be stunned and might not open up fully.

Having our little bit of wintery mix here tomorrow. Maybe.


Really, really freezing cold and much snow expected in NC and TN. This breaks my heart as these people are still struggling and if it was not for relief organizations, churches and volunteers there would be people dying. Many have no jobs, auto or permanent home So sad.
