100 Valleys

I am getting close to finishing my next book, a collection of 100 narrative poems. The title is “100 Valleys: Poems of Time and Place in Douglas County, Oregon.” The Douglas County area is known as the “Hundred Valleys of the Umpqua (River).” Each poem tells a short story, my favorite kind of poetry. It is an eclectic, and wide ranging collection in its subject matter. It should be out by next month.
