Who do they belong to?

Started off a bit dull today so we went into Stranraer for shopping. It wasn't long before the sun came out and we headed back to he caravan to sit out most of the afternoon.

I went for a walk along the beach in the evening and decided to blip these two "vessels", lying unattended or tied up - the crime rate is very low!

The waters here can be treacherous but in the weather we've been having lately it's been safe to use a pedalo and canoes. Last week 10 canoeists were fishing in the bay.
