Bridge at Cangas de Onís
The so-called Roman Bridge at Cangas de Onís - medieval but on the site of an earlier Roman structure - is one of the most photographed sights in Asturias, and I´ve shown it before. But it´s not often shown with Christmas decorations hanging from its arch. That may not be an enhancement, I know; but it is an excuse. That´s the River Sella running under it, which collects from among other rivers the Piloña, and which debouches at Ribadesella. The famous Descent of the Sella, the canoe race from Arriondas to Ribadesella, passes through here.
