Rain

Four days of back blipping coming up I'm afraid - I've spent a lot of this week lying around on the sofa or in my bed. I started feeling unwell today whilst walking Immy up to the shops and by the evening felt completely exhausted and quite sick. I have been avoiding gluten having found that what was originally a mild reaction to products with gluten has been getting worse as I get older but ate some biscuits yesterday without thinking, Hoping thats what it is.
