Narcissus

With the snow still lingering for more than a week now it was time for something different. A narcissus plant I was given last week is flourishing at the moment. The stems are really a bit too tall, but so far they are managing to support the weight of the flowers.

Although the last couple of days have been quite sunny, there is absolutely no sign of the snow melting. Perhaps unsurprising as the temperature may not have exceeded 0° today.
