An Epic Failure

I thought I'd try to capture a frozen bubble first thing this morning when it was still -3C. Firstly I couldn't find the glycerin I'd got last year to do this, I've now ordered a new bottle from Amazon. Then there was a keen breeze which kept blowing the bubbles away. The bubbles that did settle burst as they froze, which left an interesting residue, see Extra. Despite the exercise being an epic failure, I thought I'd post this one of the bubble caught in a shrub as I liked the colours - you can perhaps tell that I had my winter coat and hat on!
