Frosty

It’s been very cold.
Work this morning was good and my afternoon was cancelled. I was so exhausted I slept for most of the afternoon. My arms hurt, I presume from my fall yesterday.
We’ve been packing for our weekend in Cardiff . Johnnie is here to help Poppy and they’ve just gone over to say bye to my parents. I’m going to miss her.
