A great day for photography and catching up

This morning I met an old friend who had travelled up form Wales for a walk on the beach. There was a thick frost and there was frozen foam on the beach and beautiful bright light (see Extras).
In the afternoon I met another friend to visit her new home and we explored the area round about. I think it was even better than she expected. It was so beautiful walking over the snow crunching under foot.
