Notes: Slept late again - 730a! Up and coffee, online for a bit and then headed out on some errands ~940a. UPS Store first for couple AMZ returns (one on Central Ave around 31st that I never knew was there). Decided spur of the moment then, it was a good time to hit the nearby Goodwill as they were just opening - tried 10 pairs of jeans and walked out w/ none. On then to Rollin' Oats for another handful of stuff. Cruised all the way back hitting every green light until 22nd Ave S & 49th! Unpacked my stuff and then jumped back on computer to create some vids and soc med posts for the upcoming SpeakOUT the end of this month - ended up doing quite a few of them and getting scheduled thru SpeakOUT, and some for the Poppy Fundraising event in Feb. Ready for a break then, I dug in and attempted my first carnivore bread - small loaf, half recipe (thank goodness I found this small glass loaf container (w/ lid) at the Largo thrift store a couple days ago! Came out pretty good - tastes a bit eggy, will be interested to see how it is toasted. Since oven was hot, decided to go ahead and put tog the chicken crust pizza - baked that and then made the white sauce, topped and back in to melt cheese. Came out quite good as well! Debated running to Aldi (gonna need more butter - LOL) ... but decided to wait until morning. Shower and relaxing for the evening. Couple shows and then I was ready to call it a night shortly after 8p - still so tired!
