Evening Sun

Some more snow came yesterday so Whidbey was treated to an extra long walk, targeting the deepest snow patches. As the sun went down it casted a nice light on the peaks above the canyon where the big horn sheep live. This peak, the tallest in direct vicinity to the house, is Goat peak at 7785ft (2370m). To hike it is a nice and steep walk that has unfortunately been too wet for some time but I do plan to tackle it soon!
