A dog's day

There is a book by the name of my blip title today. It was Josh's favourite as a couple of years ago. The boy loves dogs!

We went to visit my best friend her kids today, and they are dog sitting this very handsome chappy - Max. I couldn't help but get a quick portrait of him.

So lovely to catch up with an old friend, and watching our kids play so beautifully together. A very touching moment - my boy loves playing Skylanders and Oliver had lots. He has just sold them all to fund a new bike and he was very worried he would upset Josh by not having them anymore - tears came to his eyes as Josh showed his skylanders to him! Josh didn't mind one jot and was more than happy to play dinosaurs and light sabre fights!
