I woke from a nightmare in a sweat. My head was pounding and it took many minutes to calm myself.  Very odd.  I had taken a decision to cancel a parkrun in Goldhanger at the last minute, after some internal debate and was being shouted at by several people.  

I worked remotely, broken by visits to service the boiler and review the rodent situation. My neighbours have a climbing shrub that may be giving access to the roof space and I knocked to ask if I could cut it back at the weekend.  They have said that they will do it.

I have a similar picture walking from the opposite direction when Roo was still able.  We do miss the company of the dogs.
