Tropical Whitby

My birthday present from Mr H was a night in Whitby booked for tonight. As the snow came down on the evening of my birthday and has just got worse and worse at home with ice all week we were worried that we wouldn’t get here.

The snow got less and less as we headed east and fairly soon we were 12 degrees warmer and no snow. Whitby itself is beautiful. Not many people here to spoil photo shoots and the most stunning light. Annoyed with my self that I didn’t bring my camera!

Perfect present and it really does feel tropical.
