Park run

A lovely brisk morning for park run. -4. I love running in the cold . I did feel that it effected our throat but I was so close to my PB. Gordon my mate can run the course in 28 minutes but sticks with me the whole way. Even if I need to walk for 10 seconds.  I've known him and his family for 20 years. And their eldest was my nursery baby long before I had babies.  

Then Mr R and myself went to Carlisle to adjust some things with our kitchen design.  You can see what my new coffee machine will look like. 

Poor Harp is feeling poorly which isn't like her at all. She never really gets ill.  So lots of cuddles when we get home. We have just picked them up from nanas. And I have just fixed grandads computer. 

Oh and I got hospital transport sorted for my mum. I need to update the jubilee for her on Monday and make a few phone calls.
