Long goodbyes

After a final big bowl each of porridge bestie and I put our minds together for some early planning for future Holz: our next grand tour.  We do after all have unfinished business from last year, and new ideas to think about too!  Who knows if Fidra will make it in time, but I'll certainly try to get her working again.  All packed up, we shared some final goodbye hugs, and with her car all topped up with electrons she headed out for the 200 miles homewards.  Thank you gal, for another lovely, lovely week of your company!

I put away some things and hoovered, had a bit of lunch, did a load of washing and then Mum and Dad popped round with a new gilet for me to try.  It was warm and cosy and with a nice high neck but I preferred a different colour, so we motored out (battery hybrid this time rather than pure electric) to the shops.  Mission successful we all went back to mine for tea and a chat for the rest of the evening.
