Nocturnal rubbish shovelling

I've seen thousands of dustcarts, or dustbin wagons as they were called when I was a kid, yet never seen one backed up to a truck with rubbish being shovelled into one. Of course, anyone familiar with China will notice it's yet another blue truck.
