Simple supper

Ran out of time somehow today when the highlight was definitely not a visit to Tesco. Seems now the festive season is behind us a lot less special offers abound except for offloading over stocked items where demand was over estimated. After some admin including on line research it was  time to use what remained of the daylight with a quick walk. So the EB is my supper a Pheasant Casserole with cheesy potato and green beans.Some leftover for the freezer and all from just 2 legs, onion, carrots and stock!
