Friday treat

It's the end of the first full week at work. I started early and then stopped to meet up with Diane for a coffee. My main image is Monday's blip in the daytime. I can't say enough how lovely it is to have "cooler" weather. Diane was caught slightly unprepared, so I lent her my body warmer. :))

Back home to finish the work day and then G & I collected Diane and headed to the Sol Sky Bar. We missed the light and the gulls skimming over the water but thoroughly enjoyed the views and the breeze. They've had some updates at the bar with new stools and chairs.

We were home by 10 PM, but I just wanted to chill, so I'm blipping this a day late. The LA fires are sad beyond words, and there is no end in sight.
