Running water

-5c when I defrosted Mrs F’s car for Herat 6am, but it got colder as it got daylight. Fed everything then had to spend 2 hrs and used 16 kettles of boiling water to thaw out all the frozen pipes and drinking bowls. This was the last one to go at 11.30am.
Kev on mucking out and bedding cows while I did all the other jobs.
Everything freezing up again tonight. At least it’s clean everywhere….
