Icy Parkrun

Up and out to Marshal at the Parkrun. Lots of layers as I knew I would be stood for a while. I was stood just about halfway on an out and back section. Care was needed on the turn though the most treacherous part was on the last hill. 

A brisk walk back was needed to thaw the toes! The coffee was most welcome. Getting fed up of the icy temperatures now!

Popped through to visit Matthew and Mary this afternoon. They had a lot more snow than we did. Good to catch up with them both. 

Then fire lit and heating on. I’m not planning on venturing far this evening.
