(010) A Piece of Cake

I do like cheesecake but not the overly sweet and sickly varieties that seem to be popular now. I spotted a recipe from the Hairy Bikers for a lighter variety so decided to give it a go. Easy enough to make with unsweetened granola, blueberries, buttermilk, cream cheese, a lime and a few other ingredients and it turned out very well. This was the last slice, which survived a whole three days. I'll be making another one soon.
