Cheshire Cheese

It worked! The cheese is good and firm, with a delicious creamy fresh taste. It cuts well too, and another time I would add some more salt. This seems to be the tricky bit, as you mix it through the curds before they have finished draining. Some of the added salt would therefore drain away. Not a bad effort though.
We visited the Beetham Nursery Orchid Show, and had a good look around. There were less orchids to admire than previously we thought, but we did come away with two new additions to the household. These will no doubt feature in future Blips!
