Tribute!

We're at the Ballygally Castle Hotel on the Antrim coast for a night away and a Dolly and Shania tribute concert - Dolly and Shania were excellent, really good fun!! 
Our niece L is engaged to the Sous Chef and he arranged for a dessert plate to be in our room when we arrived - it was scummy!! A mini flapjack, a chocolate mousse cake and a lemon meringue, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious!!
