Learning Experience

Well today I learned that friskit doesn’t work on the kind of paper we are using to make our Tarot cards. You can see what happened when I tried to remove it. It attached itself to the paper fibers nearby and basically destroyed the card I was making. Oddly I didn’t mind all that much. I wasn’t thrilled with the way I had painted it in the first place. Since I’m ahead of schedule I decided to discard (pun intended) the first try and change the design as well as the color scheme. The bottom two are my original sketch and the drawing of the card. Now I’m stopping until Trish and I meet on Tuesday. I want to discuss how to add color in a better way. And of course I don’t plan to mask areas using friskit.
