How about this for front garden ornaments......I couldn't believe the size of the eagle...Today M and B drove to her parents and brought them back to see their new house, and have lunch. They are Portuguese, so not easy to converse, but my smattering of Spanish helped a little. They then took them for a drive around the area and to the beach, back for some refreshments before the return journey home. An enjoyable day, especially for B, but it involved a lot of driving, an hour each way...an early night is needed.
