Over the hedge

This house is located in one of Stroud’s more desirable streets. It’s not typical of the red-brick vernacular, looking older than most houses. Only the top half is visible over the hedge. I’ve not a clue who lives there, but the handsome house intrigues me.

I went to town and got out a library book entitled ‘You don’t have to be mad to work here A psychiatrist’s life ‘ by Dr Benji Waterhouse. It’s rip-roaringly funny , especially his comments on the state of the NHS.
Mostly I enjoyed having a free Friday.
