Thin Ice

Its a proper Sunday.  We took Mum to Saughton Park for a hot chocolate.  Then I investigated my slow cooker which I have had for many years and have never used, I have a split pea dahl cooking now!
After this I cleaned up my touring bike and went bird watching on it-spotted a flock of red wings-newly arrived, a tree creeper and all the other usual suspects.  The best photo was of our visiting swan through, looking so statuesque.
