Abstract

I don’t know how I took this photo. It was an accident and I expect some lights were involved but really I have no idea. However, I quite like it as an abstract. Our journey back was tiring as ever, not helped by the fact that one of us, probably me, unplugged the freezer just as we left, thinking it was the iron, so we have lost the full contents of the chest freezer, meat, fish and lots of winter meals we had prepared! I was quite upset not just at having lost the value of the contents but also having wasted a lot of effort in preparing winter meals. However, I quickly rationalised the situation. As calamities go, it is relatively minor and I am just grateful we arrived back safely and can afford to replace the food.
